desktop servers
Our desktop servers are configured to support the CTI as well as the SIP server requirements. They are designed to support up to 5 full height full length voice boards - either PCI or PCI eXpress.
pedestal servers
The pedestal servers are capable of supporting up to 7 full height full length PCI or PCI eXpress slots for voice boards from some of th emore populat voice board vendors.
1u servers
The 1U servers are intended for either SIP or CTI solutions and along with support Avaya IP Office SIP solutions they also support a single voice board for CTI opportunities.
2u servers
The 2U servers can be used for both SIP or CTI solutions with single or multiple power supplies as well as hot swap drive bays.
4u servers
The 4U servers are the entry level solution for CTI based solutions requiring up to 7 PCI or PCI eXpress slots. These units can easily support up tp 96 channels of voice.
5u servers
These 5U servers represent the mainstream solution to CTI based deployments with up to 17 full length slots available for voice boards. These units have been used to deploy up to 200 channels of TDM voice.
6u servers
The 6U servers represent the top of the line in CTI solutions offering a reliable platform to deploy 200 voice lines and above. Configurations include XEON based SBC's, triple hot swap power supplies and support for PCI or PCI eXpress based voice boards.
avaya compliant servers
Our Avaya solutions include several Desktop, Pedestal, 1U and 2U servers tested and found to be compliant with Avaya's IP Office. These units represent the perfect performance to value based ratio for a SIP server.
