DAX stands behind each and every product, and is proud to offer a warranty that is currently unmatched within the CTI industry.

In brief, if a component fails within the first 90 days from receipt of product, DAX will advance replace the defective component. The defect component must be returned to DAX within 15 days of receiving the replacement part. From 91 days up to three years, the customer can return the defect to DAX for replacement or repair. There is no additional charge to customer for this service other than shipping the part to DAX.


The DAX Systems warranty policy:

Exclusive Warranty/Remedies
DAX warrants to the original purchaser that the products purchased from DAX will perform in substantial conformance to DAX's published specifications. When operated as specified by DAX, for a period of thirty six (36) months following delivery of the product to customer. This warranty shall not apply to any defects or problems caused in whole or in part by (i) accident, misuse, abuse, (ii) alterations, modifications or repairs that have not been authorized by DAX, or (iii) any software program, hardware, firmware, peripheral or communication device not purchased from DAX used in connection with the products purchased from DAX.

SHOULD THE PRODUCTS FAIL TO SUBSTANTIALLY CONFORM TO THIS WARRANTY DURING THE STATED WARRANTY PERIOD, DAX WILL, AT ITS OPTION, REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, OR REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE UPON RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS TO DAX. THIS REMEDY, AND DAX'S ENTIRE LIABILITY IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE CUSTOMER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR A BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY DAX. EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, DAX MAKES NO ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AS TO ANY MATTER WHATSOEVER. IN PARTICULAR, ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.

Advance Parts Replacement
DAX will provide advance replacement of defective parts (i.e., replacement prior to the return to DAX of the defective parts) during the first ninety (90) days after the original parts are delivered to customer. After ninety (90) days, all defective parts must be returned to DAX for repair or replacement. DAX's extended warranty may be purchased for an additional fifteen percent (15%) per year of the amount of the total purchase, which will entitle customer to advance replacement of parts for the entire year for which the extended warranty was purchased. DAX will not be obligated to provide advance parts replacement if customer has exceeded its credit limit or is delinquent in payments due to DAX.

All defective parts replaced in advance by DAX must be received by DAX within ten (10) days of customer's receipt of the replacement parts, otherwise customer will be charged up to twenty-five percent (25%) restocking charge. If the defective parts are not returned to DAX within thirty (30) days of customer's receipt of the replacement parts, customer will be charged the full purchase price of the replacement parts payable upon customer's receipt of DAX's invoice for the same.

If the parts returned to DAX are reasonably deemed by DAX to be malfunctioning as a result of causes not covered by the warranty (such as customer's negligence or misuse), customer will be responsible for the cost of repairs to the parts. If the parts are not repairable as reasonably determined by DAX, customer will be responsible to either pay for or return the replacement parts.

Customer is responsible for all transportation costs incurred in returning parts to DAX for repair. DAX will pay ground freight back to customer.
